We're looking for a ceramics instructor to join our team. You'll lead hands-on classes and private events, guide students of all skill levels, and bring the kind of warm, welcoming energy that makes people want to come back. No formal teaching experience required — we'll train the right person. What we can't teach is passion, personality, and a genuine love for clay.

Teaching private events and specialty classes
Guiding students at all experience levels -from total beginners to seasoned ceramic artists.
Creating a welcoming, hospitable environment every class

Who You Are

Experienced in both wheel throwing and hand building
Patient, passionate about ceramics, and excited to share that with others
A natural host - warm, attentive, and great at reading the room
Comfortable speaking in front of groups
Hospitality-minded with a genuine love for people
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Aligned with our studio values and community-first culture
No teaching experience required - we'll show you how we do things here
